FAQ

I haven't been in the blog world for very long (Nov. 2010) but I have had a couple questions being asked repeatedly that I thought "Hey, I'll add a FAQ page".....
What's with the name? - Actually, Small Fine Print came to be the name because the more I became obsessed with craft blogs, the more I realized that had I not "squinted" I could have missed many amazing and inspiring creations out there. Much like "Small Fine Print", you could miss it had you not squinted. Hence, "Small Fine Print- Where you can find things in life you might have missed had you not squinted".
What kind of craft cutter do you use? - I have a Silhouette. Not the SD. I bought mine before the SD was out. In fact, I've had my Silhouette since 2008 and it sure has lasted through thick and thin. I decided to get a Silhouette vs a Cricut because I was not fond of having to purchase cartridges and have my creations limited to what THEY say I can make. With the Silhouette, I hook it up to my computer and software, and then I can use whatever font or images/clip art that i have on my computer. It's amazing.
What kind of camera do you use?- Okay that's not a real question ever asked but I feel like I have to explain my pictures. You see, I had this amazing Canon camera that I could do so many neat tricks with. Then, while playing with my nephew and feeding the ducks at a pond, it fell in. Ever since then, my pictures have come out less than professional. Sometimes, my camera phone is better quality. Scary, right? My husband, however, if a very good photographer. He has a Canon 40D and so sometimes I can trick him into taking my photos. You'll notice it in posts like my St. Patrick's Day Towel vs. my Draft Cover.... scary, right? You'll have to bear with me while I get through these crafts with what I've got.

If you have any other questions- feel free to ask! I love hearing from my readers. It makes my day.
